WELCOME TO THE 2027 SPRING SEASON REGISTRATION FOR TEMPLE CITY GIRLS SOFTBALL!

This registration session will allow you to complete contact information and necessary forms required by the Temple City Amateur Softball Association (TCASA) League and USA Softball. Please read through each section carefully to ensure that all information is provided accurately. 

Practices: Begin Feb 2027 at Live Oak Park in Temple City
Games: Begin Mar 2027.  Live Oak Park & Other League Fields

If you would like your player to play in a different division, please email board@templecityasa.com with your request for approval.

Sibling discounts are available for immediate siblings only and do not apply to cousins or other extended family members even if they reside in the same household.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Who can play TCASA Spring Softball?: Spring Softball is open to girls ages 4.5–14. Players of all skill levels are welcome, from beginners learning the basics to experienced players looking to continue developing their skills.
  • What divisions are offered?: TCASA offers the following divisions: • 6U — Ages 4–6 • 8U — Ages 7–8 • 10U — Ages 9–10 • 12U — Ages 11–12 • 14U — Ages 13–14
  • When does Spring Softball begin?: Evaluations are held in mid-January. Team Announcements are at the end of January. Practices begin the first week of February. First games are expected the first weekend in March. The last game is expected the first weekend in May.
  • How much is Spring registration?: Registration Fees include a $100 refundable deposit upon completion of League services. Early Registration Fees: Oct 31, 2026 - Nov 30, 2026 6U: $210 8U–14U: $265 Regular Registration Fees: Dec 1, 2026 - Dec 31, 2026 6U: $225 8U-14U: $275 Late Registration Fees: Jan 1, 2027 - Jan 15, 2027 6U: $240 8U-14U: $290
  • Is Softball experience required?: No! Beginners are welcome, and experienced players can continue building their skills during the season.
  • What will the girls learn?: Spring season is a great opportunity to develop fundamental softball skills in a competitive environment, including: 🥎 Hitting 🥎 Throwing 🥎 Catching 🥎 Fielding 🥎 Base running 🥎 Game awareness 🥎 Teamwork and sportsmanship Most importantly, we want the girls to have fun, build confidence, make friends, and enjoy the game!
  • Where are games played?: Away games are played at various locations depending on the hosting league. Home games are played at Live Oak Park in Temple City. Game locations and schedules will be communicated to teams as they are finalized.
  • When are practices?: Practice schedules are during the week and determined by the team manager. Schedule to be communicated by the team manager once finalized.
  • How will team communication work?: Team-specific communication will be provided by the team manager. Parents should watch for team announcements and make sure they have access to the designated team communication platform. League information will be communicated via email. Please be sure to include a valid email address in registration.
  • What equipment does my daughter need?: TCASA recommends the following age appropriate items: • Softball Glove • Softball Bat – USA Softball certified • Softball Cleats • Batting helmet with attached facemask • Fielding facemask TCASA will provide league/team equipment as available.
  • What should my daughter wear?: Players will receive information regarding uniforms/team apparel from their manager. Players should wear softball pants and long socks with cleats for practice.
  • How do I register?: Register online through the Temple City Girls Softball registration portal at www.templecityasa.com. Follow the link to Registration.
  • What if my division fills up?: Once a division reaches capacity, registration for that division may close and a waitlist will be available.
